The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management as defined in Article 6(1)(1) of the Forest Act of 28 September 1991 (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1356 – "Forest Act") including works in the field of forest cultivation and protection, fire protection, timber harvesting and harvesting, and tourist management, to be carried out in the area of the Świętoszów Forest District in 2024.

The location (forest address) of individual works included in the scope of the Subject of the Agreement shall be specified in the Order referred to in the Terms of Reference, with the proviso that it will always be the Package Implementation Area.
