The construction task of the tendered construction work is the redesign of the development and the outdoor facilities after the building expansion of the primary school in Sinzing. In addition to the dismantling and adaptation work of existing parking spaces and development facilities - in parts already carried out on site as part of the sewer renewal - the construction work also includes the terrain modelling for new parking spaces, access roads and the establishment of the building connections in the area of the schoolyard and the entrances to the extension.
The service also serves to prepare the vegetation work (planting work), which is NOT part of the execution.
The services are to be carried out according to the construction schedule following previous civil engineering and canal construction work as well as the building construction work (new construction) and must be completed by the beginning of the school year 09/2023. Impairments due to the parallel running of the school - building areas can be spatially separated from each other - or possibly by individual trades of the interior design are not to be expected due to temporal coordination with the participants.
