Providing services in the area of technical and commercial change processes in metrology (WiM) for handling all processes in the electricity and gas supply divisions for conventional and modern measurement technology, intelligent measurement systems and ancillary equipment. The contractor must ensure that the above-mentioned processes are handled correctly within the framework of legal and regulatory requirements, deadlines and regulations (e.g. WiM, MSbG, etc.). The contractor provides the BPO service in accordance with the advertised service area independently, in full and case-concluding for the period of the service contract in accordance with the operating model submitted by the contractor as part of the tendering process, which becomes part of the contract, insofar as the contract and the service certificate does not contain any deviating provisions.

The processes to be processed are processes within the scope of the technical and commercial WIM processes. This includes in particular:

o Start of measuring point operation (new installation, inventory measurement)

o End of measuring point operation (start of decommissioning, inventory measurement)

o Supplementary processes (process creation, implementation of device changes, handling recovery for insolvent measuring point operators) Processing of equipment takeover requests from the competitive measuring point operator (invoice cancellation, bilateral clarification, manual quotation preparation in individual cases, etc.)

o Processing of additional services (converters, ripple-control receivers, etc.)

o Measuring point changes

o Requesting measured values

o Implementation of device changes when troubleshooting

o Master data changes and master data maintenance

o Research and treatment activities (process installation, clearing, etc.)

o Creation of customer cover letters according to the client's specifications

o Structure, adjustment and delimitation of MSB contracts (e.g. for area taxes, price sheet adjustments, etc.)

o Correction of faulty constructs/data misalness

o Transmission of the price sheet catalog initially and after changes, transmission of the offer for invoice processing of measurement point operation to market partners

o Technical processing/processing of reports from market communication (QUOTES, RE-QUOTES, PRICAT, etc.) in accordance with WiM

o Processing manual processes in the context of quality assurance

o Processing all telephone and written market partner inquiries

o Processing inquiries from energy service providers

All process data must be comprehensively documented and managed by the contractor in the client's system.

o Communication data sheet

o PoG billing and billing to energy service providers

o Receivables management,

o System performance and ensuring system functions
