The subject of the contract is to develop a formal and legal project documentation with obtaining the relevant permit to carry out works, as well as authorial supervision of the Investment for the construction purpose under the name: “Construction of the gas pipeline ś/c with gas connection ś/c and SRP o bandwidth Q=1000,0 m3/h m. Kowalewo, dz. 27/3, Szubin”.
Material scope:
I. Detailed scope of work:
1) the execution of the design documentation, the subject of works:
a) gas pipeline ś/c dn 160 PE L= 3 000,0 m,
b) gas connectors ś/c dn 125 PE L= 15,0 m 1 pc. ,
c) Reducing and measuring gas station with a bandwidth Q= 1 000,0 m3/h 1 pc
2) obtaining all required opinions, permits and decisions including obtaining
on behalf of and for the benefit of the Contracting Authority, a final decision
for a construction permit or to make a notification on behalf and for the benefit of the Contracting Party an intention to commence construction works or construction which does not require obtaining a building permit,
3) execution of investor cost estimates,
4) exercise of copyright supervision involving five one-time copyright supervision benefits,
5) the implementation of the project of the temporary organization of the movement for the duration of the work covered by the project together with its approval by the relevant authorities (if required) - 2 pcs. ,
The designer should so provide for the phasing of the organization of replacement traffic, so that the toll for occupying the road lane is as small as possible. The approval of the project of the organisation of the replacement movement should be valid for at least 12 months from the date of submission of the documentation to the Contracting
6) execution of the project to recreate the pavement (if required) - 2 pcs. ,
The project should be agreed with the road manager with the exact scope of the necessary area for restoration (m2) and divided into its types, i.e.: asphalt, paving stone, tile paving, etc.
7) a one-time update of the investor cost estimate at the request of the Contracting Authority, submitted during the period of the construction permit decision, notification of works not requiring a construction permit,
8) one-time renewal of the motion organization project at the request of the Ordering Party,
9) registration of the Construction Log
