The wellbeing services county of Eastern Uusimaa requests an offer for the provision of cleaning services for the Nikkilä social and health centre. The object of the procurement is described in more detail in the invitation to tender and its appendices.

N.B! A destination rotation will be arranged during the bidding period, and participation in the destination rotation is mandatory if the bidder submits the bid for time.

The contracting entity selects one (1) service provider with whom a service contract will be concluded. The contracting entity does not commit to specific procurement quantities, and the selected service provider does not receive the exclusive right to provide the service to the contracting entity.

The contract period and service provision will begin at the site on 1.1.2024.

The actual contract period of the service agreement is valid until 31.12.2024. After the actual contract period, the Client and Service Provider have the right to extend the contract period with two (2) option periods of one (1) year. The implementation of the option is agreed separately between the selected service provider and the client.
