The subject of the contract is to take over the management of the newly founded municipal medical center “Ärztezentrum am Kanal Brunsbüttel gGmbH” in the city of Brunsbüttel, initially with four contract doctor seats, through a management contract to be concluded directly with the company mentioned.

It should be noted that the company “Ärztezentrum am Kanal Brunsbüttel gGmbH” did not legally exist at the time the award procedure was initiated. Therefore, the award procedure is carried out by the city of Brunsbüttel as the company's future sole shareholder. The contract will only be awarded after the aforementioned company has been founded. The award brings about the conclusion of the management contract between the successful bidder and the MVZ "Ärztezentrum am Kanal Brunsbüttel gGmbH".
