The subject of this tender is the conclusion of a framework agreement with several (3) companies (§21 para. 4VgV) for the delivery of Dell DataCenter systems and components over a maximum period of 4 years. New hardware that is procured from the framework agreement can be included in existing service contracts of the procuring companies by arrangement.

The term of the respective framework agreement is 36 months with the option of a one-time contract extension by a further 12 months to a maximum of 48 months. The decision on an extension lies solely with the client as the representative of all participating institutions. The client shall declare at least 3 months before the end of the applicable contract period whether an extension option will be exercised.

The framework agreement is to be concluded with a maximum of 3 companies and ends automatically either by exhausting the maximum purchase volume for the entire contract or by reaching the applicable contract period.

The volume of the contract is limited to an amount of EUR 20 million (net).
