3.2. The subject of the contract has not been divided into parts. The Contracting Authority shall not allow the submission of partial tenders. This task is treated as a single whole. Dividing the task is economically, technically and organisationally unjustified and could jeopardise the proper performance of the task. The standard of workmanship, technology and materials used should be the same for the entire order. This will allow for long-term operation of the organ.
3.3. The Ordering Party does not allow the submission of variant offers and in the form of electronic catalogues.
3.4. Requirements for the Contractor or subcontractor regarding employment under an employment contract in accordance with Article 95 of the Public Procurement Law:
3.4.1. The Ordering Party requires that persons performing services - organ builder and conservator of works of art be employed only on the basis of an employment contract.
3.4.2. The Contractor is obliged to submit to the Ordering Party within the time limit specified in the provisions of the contract and update on an ongoing basis, i.e. each time there is a personnel change, a list of persons participating in the performance of the contract.
3.4.3. The list of persons involved in the performance of the contract must include the full composition of the persons involved in the performance of the contract, together with the definition of their functions.
3.5. The Contracting Authority shall not require the Contractor to carry out an on-site inspection in accordance with Article 131(2)(1) of the PPL Act.
