The administrative district of Prignitz is seeking to conclude a framework agreement on the use of a business bike leasing for its employees.

This applies to bicycles without or with motor assistance.

The agreement includes the creation and management of the service processes from order to termination,

The contractor must perform all services that are necessary for the proper execution of the framework agreement to be concluded and the organizational processing.

The maximum value of the bicycles that can be removed under the framework agreement is 4 million euros net.

As part of a company bike lease, the district of Prignitz provides its authorized employees with a bicycle without or with motor support on request. The framework agreement is intended to provide the district of Prignitz with all services such as the leasing business, the insurance of bicycles, services, training and maintenance/repair as well as the handling of the ordering, return and claims settlement processes in accordance with the specifications of the service description. The Contractor coordinates and manages these relationships and services or uses a partner for this purpose and ensures the continuous provision of services. The leased items are exclusively new bicycles. There is no minimum purchase quantity for the client (Prignitz district). The actual demand is to be delivered.

Financing is provided by deferred compensation.

The individual leasing contracts based on the framework agreement each have a fixed term of 36 months.

They must be carried out properly and unchanged even after the expiry of the framework agreement.
