The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity in the period from 01.01.2024. to 31.12.2024r. up to 1,423 points of consumption (PPE) with a total estimated volume of 10,470.44 MWh, including:
1) For premises and facilities (Part 1 of the contract) – 6 630,31 – a detailed list of PPE is attached as Annex 1a to the SWZ,
2) For the needs of road lighting (Part 2 of the contract) – 3 840.13 MWh – a detailed list of PPE is provided in Annex 1b to the SWZ.
Supply of electricity to premises and facilities1. Number of metering systems accounting for consumed electricity 496 pcs.
2. A detailed description of the pre-emptive points (PPE) of the Contracting Party included in Annex No 1a to the SWZ.
3. Estimated electricity consumption during the term of the contract 6 630,31 MWh.

4. Deliveries will take place from 01.01.2024. until 31.12.2024, details of delivery dates in relation to individual collection points are described in Annex 1a to the SWZ column "Delivery period".
5. The Contracting Authority Municipality of Rojewo has the status of a Producer in nw. Objects:
a) PPE number 590310600001464964 - from June 2022, the contracting authority has an installation of photovoltaic panels with a capacity of 19.44 kWp, the planned amount of energy produced during the year 19 MWh. The contracting authority provides for the conclusion of an agreement with the contractor whose offer will be selected, for the resale and balancing of energy generated in a RES micro-installation and not used at the place of its production (about 5.5 MWh per year), which will be valid throughout the delivery period.
b) PPE number 590310600001465220 - from June 2022, the contracting authority has an installation of photovoltaic panels with a capacity of 9.72 kWp, the planned amount of energy produced during the year 9 MWh. The contracting authority plans to conclude with the contractor whose offer will be selected, a contract for the resale and balancing of energy generated in a RES micro-installation and not used at the place of its production (about 0.5 MWh per year), which will be valid throughout the delivery period.
The contracting authority will agree to conclude contracts for the resale of energy on the model used by the contractor.
6. The current electricity supply contracts will expire or terminate with effect on the day prior to the scheduled start date (“Supply Period” column). The obligation to terminate contracts is on the side of the contracting (recipients).

5. The current electricity supply contracts will expire or terminate with effect on the day prior to the planned commencement date (“Supply Period” column). The obligation to terminate contracts is on the side of the contracting (recipients).
