The purpose of this Framework Agreement is the design, integration and deployment of a Multichannel Contact Center (MCC) solution, and the maintenance, hosting and operation of this system. The main services expected in the context of the contract are broken down as follows:-Service A: Installation and implementation of the Solution and training of the teams;-Service B: Continuous service (application, corrective and evolutionary maintenance);-Service C: Réversibilité.Il is a framework agreement with a single order form with minimum and maximum amounts. The duration is 48 months renewable 2 times per period of 24 months for a maximum duration of 96 months
