1.The subject of the contract is the provision of the Substitute Bus Transport service on the sections Janowice Wielkie – Szklarska Poręba Górna – Janowice Wielkie and Wojanów – Janowice Wielkie – Wojanów between 12.03.2023 and 12.04.2023 for trains cancelled on the above sections due to scheduled track works carried out by PKP PLK S.A.

2. A description of the subject of the contract and detailed conditions for the performance of the contract are included in the model contract for this public contract constituting Annex 8 to the SWZ.

1. The subject of this agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") is the provision of a service in the field of passenger transport by substitute bus transport launched for non-running trains in connection with the planned introduction by the Railway Infrastructure Manager – PKP Polskie Linie Kolejowe S.A. (hereinafter referred to as the "Infrastructure Manager") of a restriction on train traffic on the route Janowice Wielkie – Szklarska Poręba Górna – Janowice Wielkie and Wojanów – Janowice Wielkie – Wojanów from 12 March 2023 to 12 April 2023, subject to section 5 and § 2 section 3, § 4 of the Agreement.

2. The service referred to in paragraph 1 shall be provided in the period from 12 March 2023 to 12 April 2023, subject to paragraph 5 sentence 2 and § 4 of the Agreement.

3. The timetable according to which the Contractor will provide the service referred to in paragraph 1 shall be included in Appendix No. 1 to the Agreement, subject to § 2 clauses 1-4 of the Agreement.

4. Detailed requirements regarding the manner of performance of the Agreement are contained in § 2 et seq.

5. The maximum number of vehicle-kilometres assumed for the purposes of the Agreement shall not exceed 8894 vehicle-kilometres. If the maximum number of km is exhausted, the Agreement shall be terminated, subject to § 8 of the Agreement.

6. The description of the subject of the contract and the detailed conditions for the performance of the contract are included in the model contract for this public contract constituting Annex 8 to the SWZ.
