The Norwegian Defence Materiel Agency (FMA) shall, on behalf of the Norwegian Armed Forces, procure modular vests for service canines in the Defence and Police service.

One tenderer will be selected and a Framework Agreement shall be entered for the delivery of all equipment related to the vest system. The Police can make call-offs against the Framework Agreement.
