Reconstruction of children's toilets in building PM No. 19, ul. Ostrogórska 19 - stage II.

1. The subject of the work is the implementation of tasks arising from project documentation: Reconstruction of sanitary facilities in the building of Municipal Kindergarten No. 19 at ul. Ostrogórska 19, Sosnowiec in the whole range of divisions 2, 3, 4, among others:

- demolition works;

- painting works, plastering,

- cladding,

- plumbing, sanitary, eclectic, ventilation and air conditioning works.

2. A detailed description and scope of work along with finishing and installations is included in the project documentation which is an attachment to the tender procedure, ie:

- construction and executive design,

- Bills of quantities,

- Technical specification of execution and acceptance of works.

3. The Employer requires employment by the Contractor or Subcontractor on the basis of a contract of employment of construction workers performing general construction works in the specialty of: bricklayer, plasterer, carpenter, construction, installation and assembly works.

4. The Contractor provides the Employer with a guarantee for the subject of the contract for a period of 36 months.
