Description:

WCHT is inviting expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced providers to deliver works and services under 6 Frameworks comprising: Development Projects — 0-4 000 000 GBP (Lot 1); Development Projects — 3 000 000+ GBP (Lot 2); Employer's Agent (Lot 3); Architect (Lot 4); Principal Designer (Lot 5); Transport and Highways Planning Consultant (Lot 6).

Lot 1 — Development Contractor (0-4 000 000 GBP)

Procurement of a Framework to deliver individual development projects of a value up to 0-4 000 000 GBP. The framework will be awarded to a maximum of 5 providers. Works will be called off either through mini-competition or direct selection. The current development pipeline is provided in Appendix 28 of the ITT.

Lot 2 — Development Contractor (3 000 000+ GBP)

Procurement of a Framework to deliver development projects worth a value of 3 000 000+ GBP. The framework will be awarded to a maximum of 5 providers. Works will be called off either through mini-competition or direct selection.

Lot 3 — Employer's Agent

Procurement of a Framework for the provision of Employer's Agent services. The framework will be awarded to a maximum of 5 providers. Services will be called off either through mini-competition or direct selection. The current development pipeline is provided in Appendix 28 of the ITT.

Lot 4 — Architect

Procurement of a Framework for the provision of Architect services. The framework will be awarded to a maximum of 5 providers. Services will be called off either through mini-competition or direct selection. The current development pipeline is provided in Appendix 28 of the ITT.

Lot 5 — Principal Designer

Procurement of a Framework for the provision of Principal Designer services. The framework will be awarded to a maximum of 3 providers. Services will be called off either through mini-competition or direct selection. The current development pipeline is provided in Appendix 28 of the ITT.

Lot 6 — Transport and Highways Planning Consultant

Procurement of a Framework for the provision of Transport and Highways Planning Consultancy Services. The framework will be awarded to a maximum of 1 provider and as such all services will be awarded by direct selection. The current development pipeline is provided in Appendix 28 of the ITT.
