installation and rental of a modular building within the walls of the Hague-Renaud school group to accommodate the children of the nursery school.

The building to be installed is planned to accommodate 6 classrooms (of 60m² max. Each), a sanitary block (60m² max.), an extracurricular space / dormitory (60m² max.), a dormitory (60m² max.), an administration area (management office, 60m² max.), master room and reprography), an Atsem/Storage room (60m² max.), a cleaning room (10m² mini.), a storage room (10m² mini.), a motor room (between 100 square meters and 120 square meters max.) and a hallway serving the different rooms.

Whatever the type of modular construction in place, the market includes the following services: Site study and implementation proposal according to the predefined location, installation on the site, connection to the various pending networks, withdrawal of installations.

the contract includes three possible additional services, to be quantified obligatorily:

1- provision of the application file for authorization to build, develop or modify an Erp

2- supply and installation of two external access ramps

3- implementation of an acoustic device for the motor room.

a variant, optional, and relating exclusively to the installation of modulars, is allowed, respecting the connections to existing networks.

the modular building must be installed between 3 July and 23 July 2023, the last deadline.

the rental period is 12 months from August 1, 2023.
