The assignment includes:

— the delivery and construction of the outer shell and offices,

— the detailed design, supply and construction of foundation techniques,

— the detailed design, supply, construction and commissioning of all utilities and building techniques within the production building,

— the construction and commissioning of utilities and building techniques in the administrative building,

— the detailed design, delivery and construction and commissioning of part of the exterior construction.

The works include but are not limited to the following main components: the access ramp to the landfill floor, landfill floor, waste bunker, ash bunker, the main structures of the boiler house and flue gas cleaning, workshops, technical premises, staircase cores, turbine building, control room and administrative building. The foundation of the chimney and the sheeting of the outer shell are also part of this assignment. Furthermore, the works include all specific electrical systems and CMS for civil works, and all related auxiliary equipment. Part of the surrounding construction is also part of the outdoor construction. This includes road and fire roads, sewage and drainage, outdoor lighting, green construction, fence and accesses (including control), hydrant network.
