Description:
Inspection of lifts, framework agreement.

The contest is for the delivery of a service and maintenance contract for municipal lifts, stairlifts, and lifting platforms, with the aim of ensuring operational reliability through preventive work and correct maintenance.

The contracting authority reserves the right not to use the framework agreement with the tenderer for work carried out by themselves, major, special, or particularly complex work, project related work, work included in turnkey contracts/general contracts, and/or if the contract supplier is not able to fulfil the set requirements/needs, response time, etc.

The contracting authority reserves the right to obtain goods/materials for the work itself.

The contract value is estimated to be above the EEA threshold value. The need will vary. Historically, the contracting authority has procured for NOK 530,000 excluding VAT a year in recent years. The volume can be both higher and lower, and will depend on, among other things, the contracting authority's needs, activities, budgetary situation and other framework factors.

Anticipated annual volume: NOK 250,000 to NOK 750,000 million excluding VAT. The estimate is non-binding for the contracting authority. Maximum value, including any options and anticipated price increase: NOK 3,750,000 excluding VAT.

Lots/groups

Tenders cannot be submitted for parts of the assignment, and alternative tenders are not allowed. The contracting authority has considered dividing the assignment in accordance with PPR §19-4, but has decided that it is not suitable for this procurement.

Framework agreement

The assignment will be regulated by the attached framework agreement with the accompanying standard agreement terms.

The contracting authority will sign a contract with 1 tenderer.

The contracting authority expects that the tenderer studies the contractual terms and makes the required internal clarifications in such a way that a contract can be signed if awarded.
