2. Characteristics of the City and Municipality of Pilawa
The area of the Municipality is 77.25 km2.
The number of people actually residing in the Town and Municipality of Pilawa according to the declarations submitted as of 26.10.2023 – 8,802, including: 3,694 in the city of Pilawa, 5,108 in the municipality of Pilawa.
The area of the municipality includes 11 villages including: Pilawa town and 10 villages (Gocław, Jaźwiny, Kalonka, Lipówki, Łucznica, Niesadna, Puznówka, Trumki, Wygoda, Żelazna).
The length of roads in the City and Municipality of Pilawa, on which the Contractor will move during the implementation of the subject of the contract is: 140 km.
Data on the estimated amount of municipal waste generated in the Town and Municipality of Pilawa for one year. – 2,351.90 Mg/year, including 1,190.55 Mg in the city of Pilawa, 1,161.35 Mg in the municipality of Pilawa.
Data on the amount of waste generated come from reports submitted to the Mayor of the Town and Municipality of Pilawa by the contractor collecting municipal waste.
The settlement of the municipal waste disposal services provided will be based on the agreed monthly gross offer price per 1 Mg of municipal waste for the collection of waste from a multi-unit development area, after the end of the month for which the invoice is issued, with a payment deadline of up to 30 days from the date of submission of the invoice.

12) furniture and other bulky waste,
13) used tires,
(14) construction and demolition waste from households,
15) waste textiles and clothing,
16) Ash.
