Scope

The scope of this tender covers the supply of food and beverage products and related (optional) services:

● Delivery of food (large and small packages) such as fruit and vegetables, bread, meat, fish, meat products and game), pasta (such as puff pastry), salads, dairy and cheese, frozen and DKW products (dry & grocery), disposables and small kitchen materials (such as pans, baking trays, food boxes, etc.).

● Delivery of beverages (large and small packaging) such as water, soft drinks, dairy drinks, beer, wines and the like;

● Provision of related services such as training and courses, menu and assortment determination, inspiration sessions and the like.

Purpose and duration

By means of this tender, the Contracting Authority intends to select and contract one (1) Tenderer for the supply of food and beverage products and related services for an initial period of two (2) years. Contracting authority shall have a unilateral, optional extension option of four (4) times one (1) year.

Size

This assignment is not divided into lots. Tendering for a part of the contract is not permitted and leads to exclusion from further participation in the tendering procedure. The present contract in this tender represents an annual, indicative contract value of approximately € 425,000.00 excluding VAT.
