The subject of the contract is the acceptance and development (recovery and disposal) of municipal waste produced on properties located within the Radków Municipality, provided by the entity indicated by the Contracting Authority.

1. The subject of the contract is the acceptance and development (recovery and disposal) of municipal waste produced on properties located within the Community of Radków, provided by the entity indicated by the Contracting Authority.

1) The Contracting Authority provides that no more than 3,046,00 Mg of municipal waste will be received from the area of the Municipal Municipality of Radków during the period of the contract.

2. A detailed description and method of execution of the order shall include a description of the subject matter of the contract (OPZ), constituting Annex No 1 to the SWZ.
