Works contract - separate lots - Residences 1409 Gustave NOBLEMAIRE 84 lgts / 1411 Aime CESAIRE 8 lgts

Thermal rehabilitation of the 1409 Gustave NOBLEMAIRE and 1411 Aimé CESAIRE groups located in CLERMONT FERRAND on behalf of the company AUVERGNE HABITAT.

These renovations take place in an occupied environment and aim to obtain the BBC Renovation label.

They concern the 84 dwellings of the 1409 G.NOBLEMAIRE group and the 8 dwellings of the A.CESAIRE group.

It should be noted that the procedures for consulting contracts vary depending on the lot.

Thus

* The consultation of lots 9/10 - 11 - 12 - 13 - 14 - 18/19/20 - 22/23 - 24/25 is carried out according to a formalised procedure

* The consultation of lots 03 - 04 - 28 is carried out according to an adapted procedure. Lots 03 and 28 will be consulted at a later date.

* The consultation of lot 35 is carried out without prior advertising or competition

Lot VRD

The work programme for this lot is currently under consideration.

Thus, this batch will be the subject of a subsequent consultation which will be carried out according to an adapted procedure

Heating - Sanitary plumbing - Ventilation

Replacement of VMC units

Boiler replacement

In the 12 vacant units: Replacement or installation of showers, replacement of toilets, sink cabinets, faucets

Additional housing may have to be built during the construction site if they become available (CBPU)

ELECTRICITY - LOW CURRENT TV/TEL/ACCESS CONTROL

Securing all the dwellings as part of the BBC Renovation label + addition of sockets + power supply of electric shutters, removal of Bergman-type distributions, etc.

Installation of LED lights in the common areas

Replacement of exterior lighting in buildings

Refurbishment of access control on the CESAIRE group

Green spaces

The work programme for this lot is currently under consideration.

Thus, this batch will be the subject of a subsequent consultation which will be carried out according to an adapted procedure

ASBESTOS

Removal of PVC flooring with asbestos adhesive on 2 steps

Removal of skirting boards with asbestos glue in the kitchen of a dwelling (vacant)

Removal of joinery with asbestos glazed joints on 1 building (window wells)

The consultation of this lot will be carried out without prior advertising or competition

Big work

Careful deconstruction and reconstruction of the balconies of both sites

Removal of chimney flues in the attic of one of the two sites

WOOD TREATMENT / ZINC ROOFING

Treatment of all the structures (17 buildings)

Monitoring of roofs and gutters

Replacement of descents and dolphins

Installation of smoke extraction skylights on one of the two sites

ATTIC INSULATION AND SPRAYED INSULATION

Insulation of the ceilings of the cellars of the 17 buildings

Insulation of the attic of the 17 buildings

Passivation of steels in the cellars of 17 buildings

treatment of facades

External thermal insulation (rock wool) of the 17 buildings

Exterior wood furnishings

Replacement of all the joinery of the 17 buildings.

Installation of joinery with electric shutters.

INTERIOR JOINERY

Installation of a Swiss threshold, installation of a handle on the outside of the landing doors, installation of a handle on the door of the technical cupboard

Spot calibration

Vitrification of several parquet floors in the 12 currently vacant apartments.

Additional vitrifications may have to be carried out during the construction site if housing becomes available (CBPU)

Locksmith

Removing, treating and reinstalling all the railings (120 balconies)

Installation of grilles at the level of the window wells of each building

PLASTERING-PAINTING-GLUED FLOORS - EARTHENWARE TILES

Common areas:

Insulation and repair of false ceilings

Creation of partitions in some attics

Units: 12 units are vacant. The latter will be rehabilitated in their entirety. The services in each dwelling vary according to their condition or the type of soil.

Depending on the accommodation, the following services will be carried out: installation of PVC floors, installation of glass cloth with repainting, creation of partitions

Additional housing may have to be built during the construction site if they become available (CBPU)
