Fortum Power and Heat Oy (the Purchaser) is planning to implement water-to-water heat pump (WWHP) plant to Mankkaa, Espoo, Finland. WWHP plant will produce cooling to local fluid network and heating to Fortum’s district heating (DH) networks.

We kindly ask interested bidders to submit application to participate tendering process of Heat Pump modules that have 3500 kW of cooling capacity in full scale. 3/4 of capacity will be installed at once and 1/4 of capacity later as an expansion into the module).

Bidder should propose a heat pump module which take heat from liquid network and supply heat to district heating network.
