The purpose of the framework agreement is to make technical data available on aircraft and airlines around the world carrying out commercial flights, freight transport, as well as general aviation (business, leisure, helicopters). The purpose of these data is to feed the database of the NBA application (Aircraft noise levels) managed by the Air Transport Directorate - Sustainable Development Sub-Directorate (DTA / SDD).

- service 3: supply of secondary data.
