1. The subject of the order includes:
1) permanent maintenance of 18 wells with water treatment plants and tap points
in the period of up to 48 months from the date of signing the agreement, but no longer than until 30 November 2027, consisting in the performance of activities necessary to maintain the equipment in a technical condition enabling their safe operation in the area of the Bemowo District m.st Warsaw at: Obrońców Tobruku Street, Kazubów Street, Morcinka Street and Morcinka bis dredging point, Czerwonych Maków Street, Pełczyńskiego Street, Szobera Street, Bolimowska Street,
Westerplatte Street, Radiowa Street*, Anieli Krzywoń Street, Sternicza/Powstańców Śląskich Street,
Sucharskiego Street, Muszlowa Street, Rozłogi 2a, Rozłogi 12a, Raginisa/Borowy Street,
125 Sternicza Street, Wyki Street.
2) repair works in water intakes, in accordance with point 2 of the Description of the subject of the contract.

in Warsaw, there are no publicly available external taps for the public.
2) repair works in water intakes, in accordance with point 2 of the Description of the subject of the contract.
9. In accordance with the requirements of Article 95(1) of the Act, the Contracting Authority shall specify the following requirements for the employment of persons by the Contractor or subcontractor on the basis of an employment contract:
(1) the maintenance operations referred to in point 1(1.2). A description of the subject of the contract,
i.e. in particular the ongoing operation of the equipment in the water treatment plant.
2) The method of verification of employment of persons referred to in Article 95(1) of the Act is specified in the draft provisions of the agreement, constituting Appendix No. 6 to the Terms of Reference.
3) The Contracting Authority's rights to control the Contractor's compliance with the requirements referred to in Article 95(1) of the Act and the sanctions for non-compliance with these requirements are set out in the draft provisions of the contract, which are attached as Appendix
No 6 to SWZ.
10. Pursuant to Article 131(2), the Contracting Authority requires that the Contractor who submits the tender must carry out a site visit. The vision will take place on 27.10.2023.
at 12:00 p.m. at 4 water intakes in the following order: Kazubów Street, Obrońców Tobruku Street,
Czerwone Maków Street, Pełczyńskiego Street. Failure to carry out the above-mentioned visit in accordance with Article 226(1)
Section 18 of the Public Procurement Law will result in the rejection of the Contractor's bid.
