Plymouth Community Homes (PCH) are seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified and highly experienced suppliers for the ongoing supply of insulated glass units to our PCH Manufacturing Services division. A full specification of the materials and service requirements is provided within the Invitation to Tender documents available upon request and only suppliers who can meet the requirements in their entirety as part of their existing core business will be considered for this tender. The proposed contract will for a period of 3 years, with the option to extend for 2 years, subject to annual review at PCH' sole discretion, based on good performance and business unit objectives. The supplier will be selected according to the criteria set out in this Invitation to Tender based on service, quality and pricing offered in the proposal. PCH intend to enter into contract with 2 suppliers for all IGU supplies for the full duration the contract.
