The offered service includes service with warranty period (warranty wagons) wagon type 5 and carriage type 6. Contractor is guaranteed payment for a fixed number of hours per day for a specified period of time, cf. Annex A to the Terms of Procurement
Contract is expected to be concluded on January 14, 2022 with commencement of operations by March 1, 2022. However, the start of operations is possible earlier after completed trolley checks, provided the necessary warranty is provided and permit and operating information has been approved. All contracts are in place until 28 February 2023.
The tender shall be carried out with a planned process following the principles set out in Article 45 (3) of the utility undertaking as an urgent tender.
The procedure chosen is due to the fact that the service obligations of traffic companies cannot be met with the current capacity. The need for additional warranty carriage services has urgently increased and the lack of supply causes concrete runs to be carried out.
