The objective of the acquisition is to acquire a system of financial management as a SaaS service, with which Monetra provides financial system services to its customers.

The Monetra Group acquires the system for itself, and uses it as part of its total service production. The scope of use is expected to increase over the years with the introduction of the system in the first just over a year for two First Customers; according to a preliminary plan for the Monetra Group, with 5pc limited liability companies as well as one main owner-client for service production. After this deployment phase, according to the current plan, the system will be deployed for service production of c. 130 Monetra customers in so-called rollout deployments over a period of about 5 years. The use and operating volumes of the system hereby increase over these years to full volume.
