The acquisition includes Vantaa Energia — Group asset, interruption, operational and product liability, consistency and regulatory environmental liability insurance and related services.

The insurance policies will be acquired as an indefinite basis. The first insurance period is from January 1, 2022 to December 31, 2022.

Marsh Ltd. is mandated to compete for insurance.

The insurance policies are competitive in parts so that the bidders can offer each part separately.
