The contract concerns the management and maintenance of the real estate assets of the Municipality of Trezzo sull'Adda for a duration of 5 years, plus any technical extension for a maximum duration of 6 months.

During the validity of the contract, the Assumer must, in summary:

- define, implement and feed a properly integrated real estate information system and maintenance management information system;

- plan the maintenance of buildings by bringing them or keeping them at the optimal performance level;

- carry out the ordinary maintenance service of buildings and systems, roads, horizontal and vertical road signs and road signs, play areas, gym equipment and playgrounds.
