The purpose of the Contracting Authority is to select and contract a Candidate to provide cleaning and window cleaning services for an initial period of four (4) years. The contracting authority has a one-sided, optional extension option of six times one (1) year. Contracting authority opts for six lots.
Each Tenderer may only tender for two lots, and can therefore win a maximum of two lots. Tenderers must carefully consider which lot suits them best.
