The contract includes the following:

— Development of a new information portal (www.skatteetaten.no), as well as most of the existing external services.

— New infrastructure and a new publication tool to build the information portal on.

— Operation and management of the above mentioned system, as well as

— Consultancy services for further development of the elements in the contract.
