1. The subject of the contract is the supply of LED luminaires and RES execution.

2. Delivery of the subject of the order should be carried out in one delivery to the headquarters of the Road and Greenery Authority in Suwałki, 84 Sejneńska Street, on business days from Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

1. The subject of the contract is the supply of LED luminaires and RES execution.

2. Delivery of the subject of the order should be carried out in one delivery to the headquarters of the Road and Greenery Authority in Suwałki, 84 Sejneńska Street, on business days from Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

3. The scope of the contract included, m.in acceptance of dismantled luminaires from the Ordering Party (373 pcs.) for their disposal, within the time limit indicated by the Ordering Party, not longer than 365 days from the date of receipt of the subject of the contract. Luminaires provided by the Ordering Party may be incomplete or defective. The costs of disposal and the cost of their transport from the headquarters of the Road and Greenery Authority in Suwałki are the responsibility of the Contractor. The document confirming the handover of the dismantled luminaires will be a delivery and acceptance protocol, drawn up and signed by the representatives of the parties.

4. All offered goods should be of the first grade, brand new and free from defects and have the original manufacturer's packaging, bearing labels identifying the product.

5. The detailed scope of the contract includes technical parameters of individual lighting fixtures and photometric calculation of individual streets and price form.
