1.The subject of the order is the delivery of 56,000 pcs of DO-380 B cast iron brake inserts with expansion pcs for electric traction units.

2.The Ordering Party divided the order into four parts (tasks), see Section II.2.1).

3. A detailed description and method of execution of the object of the contract, respectively, shall be determined by the Designed contract provisions constituting Annex 7 to the SWZ.

Task No 1 includes the supply of DO-380 B brake inserts with dilatations for the Repair and Operation Section of the Warsaw Grochów Tabor in the amount of 5,000 pcs.

Task No 2 includes delivery of DO-380 B brake inserts with dilatations for the Repair and Operation Section of the Warsaw Ochota Tabor in the amount of 16,000 pcs.

Task No 3 includes the supply of DO-380 B brake inserts with dilatations to the Repair and Operation Section of the Sochaczew rolling stock in the amount of 24 000 pcs.

Task No 4 includes the supply of DO-380 B brake inserts with dilatations to the Fat Rolling Stock Repair and Exploitation Section in the amount of 11,000 pcs.
