This framework agreement may be implemented by means of purchase orders for permanent exhibitions on the basis of the prices indicated in the price sheet (an annual purchase order). The Framework Agreement may also be executed by means of subsequent contracts for temporary exhibitions on the basis of the price indicated in the subsequent contract (on the basis of the minimum price indicated in the tariff schedule of this Framework Agreement).The minimum and maximum cumulative amounts of orders and subsequent contracts that may be carried out under this Framework Agreement are defined as follows:- minimum amount: 50,000 euro(s) excluding VAT for 48 months- maximum amount: 400,000 euro(s) excluding VAT for 48 months
