The subject of the contract is the provision of technical assistance services related to contract Z-12 / W "Modernization of the Central Sewage Treatment Plant in Toruń - ii stage", including services consisting in supervision, administration and coordination, on behalf of the Ordering Party, of the implementation of the contract.

The subject of the contract is the provision of technical assistance services related to contract Z-12/W "Modernization of the Central Sewage Treatment Plant in Toruń - II stage", constituting the material scope of the Project "Water and sewage management in the Toruń agglomeration - III stage", including services consisting in supervision, administration and coordination, on behalf of the Ordering Party of the implementation of the contract.

The Contractor will provide supervision, administration and coordination services, on behalf of the Ordering Party, for the implementation of the Contract for Works (Engineer's Services), consisting in:

1) performing the function of an Engineer within the meaning of "Contract Conditions for Equipment and Design and Construction for electrical and mechanical equipment as well as engineering and construction works designed by the Contractor", fourth English-Polish edition unchanged 2008 with errata, translation of the first edition of 1999 (YELLOW FIDIC BOOK) - text in Polish and in accordance with the Special Conditions of the Contract for Works,

2) exercising investor supervision over works and all required decisions and permits, in accordance with the Act of 7 July 1994 Construction Law and implementing regulations to this Act,

3) comprehensive service of the Contract for Works in the scope of its settlement, monitoring and material and financial reporting,

4) representing the Ordering Party in offices and towards other participants of the Project, if necessary.
