Construction project and implementation of the reconstruction of the gas pipeline śr/c Bydgoszcz, Kujawska-Stroma street. 3099/2021
The subject of the contract is the development of the formal and legal design documentation, together with obtaining the final decision on the construction permit (construction project) and the development of technical documentation (executive project), as well as the authorial supervision of the investment for the purpose construction under the name: “Reconstruction of the gas pipeline śr/c in Kujawska Street, Stromej in Bydgoszcz”, for the following material scope:
Specifications:
1) object type: gas pipeline;
2) location: Bydgoszcz, Kujawska Street, Stroma;
3) network length: including gas pipeline 1,400,0 m (the specified length of the planned gas pipeline is an estimated quantity and may change in case of change in formal-legal and/or environmental conditions; the Contracting Authority allows an increase in the length of the gas pipeline by 1,5% within the Contractor's remuneration); what:
(a) Material: PE;
(b) diameter: 315;
c) pressure: medium;
2. Detailed scope of work:
1. the implementation of a construction project, the implementation project, the organization of the movement, the project of the restoration of the pavement and the object of the works:
(a) gas pipeline dn 315 PE L = 1,400.0 m;
(b) connectors 40/32 PE — pcs. 3 — to the surge,
hereinafter called the Project;
2. obtaining all the required opinions, permits and decisions, including obtaining, on behalf of and for the benefit of the Contracting Authority, a final decision on the building permit or making a notification on behalf of and in favour of the Contracting Authority, the Contracting Authority's intention to start construction works or construction not requiring a construction permit;
3. execution of investor cost estimates;
4. the exercise of copyright supervision covering five one-time copyright supervision benefits;
5. registration of the construction log.
