Examination of the annual financial statements of the BLE and KlärEF.

The subject of the framework agreement is:

a) the examination of the information provided by the BLE in accordance with § 10 Paragraph 3 Sentence 2 i. In accordance with Section 9 Paragraph 3 Clause 2 and 3 BLEG prepared annual financial statements for the years 2020 and 2021 to the extent specified in Section 7 of the BLE Directive, including the preparation of the respective final reports.

b) the review of the annual financial statements for the years 2020 and 2021 prepared by the BLE in accordance with Section 3 Paragraph 4 Sentence 1 of the KlärEV in accordance with Section 264 Paragraph 1 Sentence 1 of the German Commercial Code, including the preparation of the respective final reports
