The subject of the contract is the supply of computer hardware and software for the University
Jan Długosz Humanities and Natural Sciences in Częstochowa.
The order was divided into parts/tasks.
Task 1: laptops
Task 2: Desktop computer kit
Task 3: Printers and MFPs
Task 4: Office software
Task 5: Small Computer Hardware
Task 6: Operating system
The material scope, the quantitative scope and the requirements relating to the subject of the contract are set out in Annex 2 to the SWZ — Technical Specifications, and the requirements indicated therein should be treated as defining the required minimum level of requirements. The required functionality of the offered device cannot be obtained by using adapters of various types, splitters, etc., unless the Ordering Party has allowed such a solution.
The object of the contract must be brand new, full-fledged, free from defects and damage, without prior use.
LaptopsThe subject matter of the contract within the scope of task number 1 is the supply of a laptop with an operating system (2
art). The contracting authority allows partial bids to be submitted. The contractor may submit a bid for selected
task/tasks. The contracting authority does not allow the submission of variant bids.

number 2 to SWZ – Technical specification, and the requirements indicated therein, should be treated as a term
the minimum level of requirements required. The required functionality of the offered device cannot be
obtain by using various types of adapters, splitters, etc., unless the Ordering Party has allowed
such a solution. The subject of the contract must be brand new, full-fledged, free from defects and damage, without
previous operation.
Within the scope of task number 1: The license for the supplied software/operating system must allow use for an unlimited (lifetime), without access to the Internet.
Required warranty period:
for task number 1 - 24 months
The scope of the subject of the contract includes the delivery of the subject of the contract to the Employer (Częstochowa area).

Task 2: Desktop computer kitThe subject of the contract within the scope of task number 2 is the delivery of a desktop computer set, which includes: a central unit with an operating system, a computer mouse, a computer keyboard. . The contracting authority allows partial bids to be submitted. The contractor may submit a bid for selected
task/tasks. The contracting authority does not allow the submission of variant bids.
