The purpose of the purchase is to select a carrier which will provide services for the carriage of passengers by bus on local (commuter) scheduled routes in the Kelmö district by means of vehicles meeting the requirements specified in the Technical Specification (Annex No 2) and adapted for the carriage of passengers district conditions.

Service time — 36 months The preliminary distance of 1 year would be 315,517.9 km. Calculations were made in accordance with the 2022 calendar and the education plan for the 2021-2022 school year. Routes started and completed, the size (zero mileage) may amount to a maximum of 4% of the route mileage specified in the Route Traffic Schedule. Routes and schedules may vary (decrease/increase) according to the needs of the population and schools, but not more than 35 per cent.

The commencement of service from the signing of the Service Agreement within a maximum of 3 months. The supplier shall inform the customer by a separate notification of the exact start of the service. Service time shall be 36 months from the date of signature of the Contract and the date of the fulfilment of the Contract provided by the Carrier.
