1. The subject of the contract is the supply of computer equipment, hereinafter referred to as "the equipment", for the Faculty of Chemistry of the University of Gdańsk.
2. Common Procurement Vocabulary (CPV) classification codes: 30213100-6 (laptop),
30213300-8 (Biurkowy computer).
3. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is set out in Annex 6 to the SWZ – Description of the subject of the contract.
4. Place of delivery of the equipment: Faculty of Chemistry, Department of Environmental Chemistry and Radiochemistry, Laboratory of Environmental Chemoinformatics, room G314, 63 Wita Stwosza Street, 80-309 Gdańsk.

5. The Ordering Party requires a warranty for the equipment for the period of:
1) computer sets: 12 months
2) Laptop: 36 months
3) Accessories: 24 months.
details of the guarantee are contained in § 7 of the Draft Agreement – Appendix No. 5 to the SWZ.
6. The Ordering Party shall allow the possibility of submitting an offer equivalent to:
1) refers to item no. 5, item 1 of table no. 1 and 2 of Appendix no. 6 to the Terms of Reference: the Ordering Party shall consider a service or dedicated software allowing for remote storage of the User's personal content, such as: documents, notes, calendars, reminders, as an equivalent service. The equivalent service must allow the exchange of the above-mentioned documents for users using the https://www.icloud.com address. This service must be provided free of charge, on-line,
With access to up to 5 GB of storage space for the above materials.
