Doncaster Council in partnership with Doncaster NHS Clinical commissioning group are procuring services specifically for the provision of supported Living services for people with learning disabilities under Regulation 74 to 77 of the Public Contract Regulations 2015 (Light Touch Regime). The contract will be let as a framework agreement split into 3 specific lots, Lot A, Lot B and Lot C. Lot B is further divided into 3 sub LOTs known as LOT B1, LOT B2 and LOT B3 making the 6 lots has identified in this notice. Tenderers may apply for all or any lot.

Successful tenderers may be awarded Lot A or Lot B in its entirety or individual sub lots of Lot B but will only be awarded a single lot. Where the Council requires additional Supported Living Services it may choose to run a mini competition for these Services under Lot C of the Framework Agreement. However there will be no commitment to award any such future work to any tenderer under this Framework Agreement.

All tenderers awarded a contract under either Lot A, Lot B or any of its sub lots, will be automatically admitted to Lot C. The sole purpose of Lot C is to provide a contractual mechanism for the procurement for new supported living services. All new supported living services procured under Lot C will be via mini competition.
