The subject of the contract is the provision of services entitled: "Collection and management of mixed and separately collected municipal waste from real estate inhabited from the commune of Dobrcz and the point of selective municipal waste collection in the period from 1.1.2020 to 31.12.2021". A detailed description of the subject of the contract is attached as Annex 1 to the ToR.

The subject of the contract is the collection and management of municipal waste indicated in the description of the order from real estate located in the commune of Dobrcz, where the residents reside and from the point of selective municipal waste collection in Magdalena in a manner ensuring achievement of appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for re-use and recovery by other methods and reduction mass of biodegradable municipal waste sent for storage, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13.9.1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2018, item 1454, as amended), provisions of the Waste Management Plan , adopted by the Resolution of the Parliament of the Kujawsko-Pomorskie Voivodship No. XXXII / 545/17 of 29.5.2017 on the adoption of the "Waste Management Plan of the Kujawsko-Pomorskie Voivodship for 2016-2022 with a perspective for 2023-2028" with annexes, Resolution No. XXXII / 546/17 of 29.5.2017 on enforcement "Waste management plan of the Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship for 2016-2022 with a perspective for 2023-2028", the provisions of the Regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the commune of Dobrcz adopted by Resolution No. II / 52/2017 of the Dobrcz Commune Council of 5.9.2017 and Resolution No. II / 53/2017 of the Dobrcz Commune Council of 5.9.2017 on specifying the detailed method and scope of providing services in the field of collecting municipal waste from property owners and managing this waste, in exchange for the waste management fee paid by the property owner waste.
