Currently the Assets department is challenged by Internal (aged IT landscape, complex architecture, incomplete view on data…) and External factors (quickly changing energy landscape, new technologies…). The Assets Business Architecture study was launched to face these challenges and advised to launch the program Digital Solutions. This program has decided to implement an end-to-end solution for asset performance management and field operations with the aim to simplify the application architecture, decrease data gaps, increase the implementations speed, be more agile to react to the coming market challenges… Another benefit is having more data with a higher quality and allows better decision making.

The final contracting entity may be:

1) Elia Asset SA/NV and/or Elia System Operator SA/NV; 50Hertz GmbH; and/or

2) Any company belonging to the Elia group; and/or

3) A new company that will be set up by one of the companies of the Elia Group.

The tender will have 1 lot, including:

— tool selection: product and licenses (Note 1),

— technical implementation and integration,

— process configuration,

— service provisions for (see Note 2):

—— customization,

—— agile implementation,

—— support services,

—— first line support training,

—— configurators (BA) training,

—— key users training,

—— maintenance.

Note 1: Elia will be the owner of the licenses.

Note 2: Elia requests to get an intensive support during 2 years to implement the solution on an agile way. After this initial period, our teams need to be able to ensure the first and second line support, including the tool configuration.
