1. The subject of the contract is the further waste management service:

Task I: waste code 19 12 12 (oversieve fraction) — i.e. other waste (including mixed substances and objects) from mechanical waste treatment other than those listed in 19 12 11 in the amount of approx. 4,800 Mg.

Task II: waste code 20 03 07 — large waste in quantity of approx. 1 500 Mg.

2. The place of waste is the waste management plant BESKID ŻYWIEC Sp. z o.o. in Żywiec at 2 Kabaty Street, POLAND, while the place of execution of the Order is the installation for the management of waste covered by the subject of the contract, which is disposed of by the Contractor. The contracting authority will transport waste at their own expense.

TASK I - waste management service code 19 12 12 (oversieve fraction)

1) The subject of the contract is a waste management service with code 19 12 12 (oversieve fraction) — i.e. other waste (including mixed substances and objects) from mechanical waste treatment other than those listed in 19 12 11 from BESKID ŻYWIEC Sp. z o.o. in Żywiec, at 2 Kabaty Street.

2) Waste code 19 12 12 comes from the process of mechanical processing of mixed municipal waste. The technological thrust consists of belt conveyors, disk sieve, sorting cab, ferrous metal separator and optoelectronic sorter. As a result of this process, waste 19 12 12 with a calorific value above 6 MJ/kg s. m. This waste will be transmitted in bulk. Some of the waste can come from large-scale waste fragmentation.

3) The Contractor must have a waste management authorisation code 19 12 12 in the process R12, in accordance with Annex 1 to the Act of 14 December 2012 on Waste (i.e. Journal of Laws 2021 item 779).

4) The amount of w/o waste planned to be transferred to the Contractor, during the period of the contract, will be approx. 4,800 Mg.

5) The offered method of waste management must comply with the applicable law and processing processes listed in Annex 1 to the Act of 14 December 2012 on Waste (i.e. OJ. 2021 item 779).

TASK II - waste management service code 20 03 07 — large waste”.

1) The subject of the order is a waste management service code 20 03 07 — large waste in the quantity of approx. 1 500 Mg. Large waste — this means furniture and other waste of large sizes (e.g. cabinets, sofas, kitchen cabinets, chairs, armchairs, mattresses, carpets, skis, etc.) from household equipment. The method of waste management offered must comply with the applicable law and processing processes listed in Annex 1 to the Act of 14 December 2012 on Waste (i.e. OJ. 2021 item 779).
