It concerns the award of a project management contract within the meaning of Article L2431-1 of the Public Order Code, with a view to rehabilitating the Hôtel de la Meilleraye, a building of approximately 2000 m2 of useful surface area and redeveloping the adjoining garden to make the building comply with the safety and accessibility requirements of an establishment open to the public and to enhance the heritage. The building houses tertiary teaching and administration spaces as well as a cafeteria area managed by the CROUS de Paris. The Operation is carried out on the site of the Hôtel de la Meilleraye, 56/58 rue des Saints-Pères 75007 Paris
