The main target of the acquisition are Subscriber's server and capacity services and end-user services, as well as related Azure and M365 cloud services, support services, maintenance services, disruption and problem solving, troubleshooting, development and other necessary services. Server and capacity services refer to both Azure cloud services and server and capacity services produced from its own data center. In terms of server and capacity services, Subscriber places particular emphasis on the maintenance and development of Azure services. In enduser services, the Subscriber places particular emphasis on quality service desk service and the maintenance and development service of the M365 environment. The supplier assumes overall responsibility for delivering the service.
