The Council is seeking to appoint a single contractor for each of the four lots — (contractors can apply for 1, 2 or all of the lots):

Lot 1 — Supply and Delivery of Fruit and Vegetables

Lot 2 — Supply and Delivery of Frozen, Chilled, Ambient Food and Dry Goods Including Multi-portion Meals

Lot 3 — Supply and Delivery of Fresh and Frozen Meat

Lot 4 — Milk, Dairy and Bread Products

This framework is available for use by Tricuro (this is the Council Local Authority Trading Company which manages residential homes and day centres, Dorset County Council, Borough of Poole and schools and academies in Dorset who cook on site). The term of the framework will be for 2 years, there will be an option to extend for a further 2 years at 12-monthly intervals. The framework (lots 1, 2 and 4) will start on 1.6.2017, lot 3 will start on 11.11.2017 (when the current contract arrangement comes to an end).
