1. The subject of the contract is the service for the collection and management of municipal waste from real estate residing in the Nowa Sucha Commune and the Municipal Waste Collection Selective Point in Kozłów Biskupi in the period from 1.1.2020 to 31.12.2020.
2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is attached as Annex 1 to the ToR.
3. The Awarding Entity allows subcontracting of part of the contract. In the event of their occurrence, the Contractor must indicate in the offer which part of the task he intends to entrust to subcontractors and indicate the scope of work performed by them.
4. The Contractor may make a site visit within the service area before submitting the offer (date of the site visit to be agreed upon a written request or by phone).
5. The Purchaser does not allow submission of partial offers.
ORDER DESCRIPTION.
1. Characteristics of the Nowa Sucha commune.
The area of Nowa Sucha Commune is 90.34 km2
The number of inhabitants of the Nowa Sucha Commune is - according to the data determined on the basis of submitted declarations about the amount of municipal waste management fee - 6089 people.
2. Detailed description of the subject of the contract.
The subject of the contract is the collection and management (recovery or disposal) of municipal waste indicated in the contract description
Residential real estate located in the Nowa Sucha Commune and the Municipal Waste Collection Selective Point (PSZOK) in Kozłów Biskupi (without running the Point, collection and development only), in a manner ensuring achievement of appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for re-use and recovery by other methods and reduction mass of biodegradable municipal waste sent for storage, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996.
On maintaining cleanliness and order in communes (i.e., Journal of Laws of 2018, item 1454, as amended), the binding Resolution of the Mazowieckie Voivodeship Parliament on the implementation of the Waste Management Plan for the Mazowieckie Voivodeship 2024 and the provisions of the Regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the commune Nowa Sucha.
The initiation of the proceedings was not preceded by conducting technical dialogue.
Equipment for collecting waste: containers, containers and bags, which will be placed in the places of waste collection indicated by the Employer, provides the Contractor.
The subject of the contract does not cover the collection and management of municipal waste from uninhabited real estate.

The frequency of exports by the Contractor of unsorted (mixed) waste will take place according to the schedule drawn up by the Contractor

Blocks of Rokotow and tenants of flats at the Health Center in Nowa Sucha
- once every 2 weeks in the period from November to March, between (7.00 - 20.00),
- once a week in the period from April to October, between (7.00 - 20.00).
