The target of the procurement is the acquisition of experienced PaaS/Kubernetes experts for the tasks of deploying the new Kubernetes-based environment and for further development and maintenance of the environment.

The Kubernetes environment seeks flexible portability of services between own service production, outsourced service production and, in the future, also the public cloud. The Paas platform seeks a standardised platform solution for the needs of application development projects and service production.

The work focuses on the already existing data center environment and on top of the already implemented streamlining base layer.

In terms of flexible portability, the solution must also take into account IaC (Infra as Code) solutions, automation of configuration management and related know-how.

PaaS / Kubernetes palvelualustassa huomioitavat asiat:

• classification and protection of information in service environments, taking into account the classifications of public access to TL4-TL3

• CI/CD pipeline implementation support, taking into account different service production environments
